Services of the Register of Suspects, Accused and Convicts (criminal record / clean criminal record certificates)
The Register of Suspects, Accused and Convicts was set up in 2012 upon the reorganisation of the Departmental Register of Suspected, Accused and Convicted Persons.
The Information Technology and Communications Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania – the administrator of the Register of Suspects, Accused and Convicts – shall issue certificates and extracts according to the data and information of the Register of Suspects, Accused and Convicts at requests submitted by natural and legal persons and inquiries of law enforcement agencies, other state and municipal institutions or agencies of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries.
